The winery is housed in a 4,560-square-foot metal barn which doubles as an event space. Built in 2019, the barn and extended pad behind it serve as the majority of the grape processing, fermenting, and racking space. Two office spaces are on one side and on the other are dual ADA-compliant, four-stall bathrooms. The winery also has three ADA-compliant shower stalls with tiled walls and pebbled floors. Each has a folding countertop and towel hooks.
With wine already aging in the tanks, this is truly an opportunity to walk into a functioning winery and make it your own. The hard work has been done, just bring your ambition and be ready to party every weekend!
