The Grapes

Raging Bull has 20 acres of established, producing grape vines. They have flourished in the sunny hills near Black Butte Lake and yielded a crop a full year ahead of schedule. Currently, the vines produce more grapes then the winery can process, and there is huge potential for bulk-selling the additional crop, especially with the devastating fires that Napa has experienced.

Prefer certain varietals of wine? This vineyard is sure to have something to your tastes. Currently planted are: Cabernet, Malbec, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Grenache Noir.

None of your favorites? No worries, because the surrounding acreage offers plenty of opportunity to expand!

Two low-hours Kubota tractors come with the property, as well as their attachments such as discs, sprayers, flout, and box.

Providing water to the vineyard are two 16″ agriculture wells along with two domestic wells. All four were drilled by the current owner, who has been drilling water wells for nearly 40 years.
